MP Fayyad: "Israel" dissociates itself from its obligations in all UN Resolutions including 425 & 1701

On the anniversary of the Islamic Resistance martyrs of Blida Town - in Marjayoun District Hizbullah held a ceremony in honor of the martyrs in the town's Husseiniyah Hall.

During the ceremony member of Loyalty to the Resistance Parliamentary bloc MP Dr. Ali Fayyad stressed in a speech that the stand Lebanon took regarding Resolution 1701, on the basis that the fundamental content of the resolution is based on requiring "Israel" to withdraw from territories it entered during the July War and end any hostile acts against Lebanon, while its continued occupation of Lebanese territory is a considered 'hostile acts', thus "Israel" forms the challenge to decision 1701, through its practices and conduct.

Hence the "Israeli" position is the primary problem resolution 1701 faces, as it wants from the resolution only what relates to Lebanon's obligations and beyond them as well, while dissociating itself from all its obligations towards the resolution, which is not new in "Israeli" politics, for these are its traditional policies towards all international resolutions, including resolution 425. 

Therefore, the UNIFIL forces have to more seriously and responsibly deal with the "Israeli" challenge to decision 1701.
