MP Moussawi: We are most harmed if civil peace in Lebanon is harmed
Hizbollah Site Staff, 01-08-2009
MP Hussein Moussawi confirmed that the formation of the forthcoming government is moving in the right direction, provided there is no interference from forces that are negatively affected by accord among the Lebanese.
Moussawi gave a speech at a ceremony honoring the efforts of the electoral team in the town of Nabi Chite in which he said: "The debate on the government formation is aimed at ensuring certain errors that may influence the course of the country are not installed, for we are the most harmed if civil peace is disrupted, as we have a cause called the homeland."
He continued: "Anyone who exposes civil peace to risks actually works against our interests, resistance, freedom, sovereignty, and destiny and against our future."
On the possibility that the eleventh Cabinet minister of the opposition be made part of the President of the Republic's share, Moussawi said: "We want to eat grapes, not kill the vineyards keeper."
