Tel Aviv has released a Palestinian after 25 years of imprisonment in "Israel", the Palestinian Prisoners Society reported.

The captive was identified as Abdel-Rahim Sa'id Mansour, from the Bal'a village near Tulkarem, in the northern part of the West Bank.
Mansour's brother, Ibrahim, was killed by "Israeli" soldiers in 1988. He was the first Palestinian to be killed by "Israeli" soldiers in Tulkarem during the First Intifada.
There are more than 10,000 Palestinians imprisoned in "Israeli" jails.
