The upcoming meeting between General Aoun and Hariri is a beginning step on the road to serious and realistic consultations

Head of Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Mohammad Raad said that the government today is attempting to overcome some obstacles of form on its way to study the content. He pointed out that the expected meeting between the head of the Change and Reform bloc MP Michel Aoun and the Prime Minister-designate appointed to form government MP Saad Hariri is a step on the beginning of the road to serious and realistic consultations about portfolio distribution and naming of ministers.

In an interview with "alintiqad.net" Raad explained that "Many steps still ahead of the PM-designate that he is required to follow up on, in order to stabilize the government situation, so that the government can be formed. He considered "Today's meeting is a good beginning; we hope it results in the expansion of solutions prospects."

In response to a question MP Raad explained that "The PM-designate is not interested in presenting Cabinet formulas to every side, but his concern is to discuss concerns with respect to this party pertaining to the subject of portfolios and naming of Cabinet Ministers."
He added: "We assume that sitting face to face and holding direct consultations facilitates the process of reaching satisfactory solutions for all through persuasion.
