Member of Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc in Lebanon MP Hassan Fadlallah hopes dialogue and discussion are held in a calm and objective atmosphere, to allow for ideas and proposals concerning government composition to be presented away from any attempts to register an achievement for one side at the expense of another. He noted that "It is important to make a breakthrough for the country, to form a national unity government that deals with the many burdens and challenges facing us."

MP Fadlallah said: "The government cannot be formed by mail, but through dialogue, negotiation and accord on controversial issues," He added saying "We encouraged for this dialogue and we encourage and support any dialogue that takes place in order to address the obstacles and problems encountered by the government formation."

Fadlallah said "Withdrawal of the formation formula from debate and away from the fabrication of media and political problems falls within the natural environment of the establishment of a calm and rational dialogue," adding that "This dialogue is a first of the steps to be completed for understanding and consensus to be reached on the formation of government."
