Moussawi: Resistance does not hinder State & institutions building, nor does it prevent the rule of law

Hizbullah International Relations official Sayyed Ammar Moussawi said "If it was not for the resistance it would have been impossible to imagine 'Israel' allowing this country the enjoyment of calm and stability, to accomplish its various obligations in a normal manner, the responsibility of none of Lebanon's problems and crises experienced in Lebanese reality is blamed on the resistance."

Moussawi during an Iftar (breaking fast meal) ceremony hosted by the Islamic Health Society in Shqif Club in Nabatiyeh, for the physicians of the city of Nabatiyeh and its surroundings, during which he explained, "The resistance did not contribute nor did it have any role in the creation of the Lebanese problem, this problem with the variety of its causes is the product of other considerations the resistance has nothing to do with. The resistance does not hinder the building of the State and its institutions nor does it prevent the application and rule of law."

International Relations Official in Hizbullah said: "The prevalent belief among some Lebanese that it is possible to turn the state into a farm to grow their fortunes and riches in, to achieve personal interests and gains and raise the co-partnership confessional and sectarian quotas that have existed in Lebanon since independence, is not the correct action, because Lebanon needs the concerted efforts given by its citizens instead of sucking up the country's resources for personal narrow interests."
