Yaghi: Preventing Jebran Bassil from participating in the government…is pleasing the US administration or some Arabs?
Source: Hizbollah Site Staff, 12-09-2009
Hizbullah representative in the Beka'a area Hajj Mohammad Yaghi called for releasing Lebanon from its government formation crisis through forming a National Unity Government.
During an Iftar ceremony in Baalbeck, Yaghi said that the opposition today is much more integrated than any other time.
He said: "Hizbullah will be the first participant in the new government; it will not accept any semi-solutions and wants its position in the coming government."
Yaghi highlighted that the unique formation of Lebanon forces the officials and those in authority to balance between all the parties."
Yaghi added: "All parties of the country should participate in the government." Noting that some want Lebanon a country for one party without the other, neglecting the fact that Lebanon is a country of different parties and factions, and none of these can be ignored or minored especially the opposition parties that are of the main parties in the country and are to be respected.
