Hajj Mohammad Yaghi, Hizbullah official in the Bekaa region stressed that Hizbullah wants to participate in the institutions of the state, in order to protect the resistance; Hizbullah is prepared to cooperate with the Prime Minister to be designated even if it does not name anyone.

During an Iftar (Fast breaking meal) celebration for the families of the resistance martyrs in Baalbek city, Yaghi said: "At a time when we are not authority seekers, we are working in order for this country to have a government of genuine partnership and national unity."

He stressed that "Anyone wanting a national unity government in the opposite camp must also make some concessions like the opposition did, so that we can establish the homeland of genuine partnership and national unity."

Yaghi called on those from the opposite camp who see "Israel" an aggressive entity to work on protecting the home front against that enemy through Lebanese unity and partnership, rather than stand by pointless slogans. He stressing that no matter how able politically any party becomes, it cannot exclusively govern the country.
