PLO representative Zaki visited the headquarters of Hizbullah Political Council

Palestine Liberation Organization representative in Lebanon Abbas Zaki visited the headquarters of Hizbullah Political Council, where he met the official in charge of the Palestinian dossier Hajj Hassan Hodroj and his deputy Sheikh Atallah Hammoud. Overall developments in the Palestinian situation were discussed in general and the conditions of the Palestinians in Lebanon in particular.

Agreement was reached between the two parties on the exposure of Obama administration's political maneuverings and the deceptive American-"Israeli" dispute concerning the freezing of settlements and the identification in the two positions regarding the Palestinian cause and the rights of the Palestinian people.

The persons meeting also stressed the need for giving the issue of civil and social rights of the Palestinians in Lebanon its right, to also work on Nahr al-Bared's reconstruction and give the needed serious attention by all parties concerned.
