Hizbullah International Relations Official in the Hizbullah Sayyed Ammar Moussawi confirmed that "The only exit for Lebanon to emerge from its crises through can only be understanding and partnership, across the dialogue table and through wisdom, insight, moderation and much humility and relying on ourselves, not on the outside, away from the logic of upper handedness, exclusivity and hegemony, and away from inciting hatred and malice, so we can create a stable, invincible and healthy state."

During a memorial ceremony in the Bekaa town of Yammouneh, Moussawi saw that "A government capable of solving all problems and challenges must be a national unity government," indicating that "The resistance is for serving all of Lebanon, to protect its free choice, and to maintain its sovereignty, entity, skies and land."

Moussawi considered, "Bets on the U.S. to achieve a just peace and give the Palestinians their rights are phantasmal bets" adding that "America has been tried, it has not advocated peace but launched wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, supported ‘Israel's' wars and incited the Arabs against one another; why would anyone calling for peace need more than a thousand military bases in the sea, land and across the globe as well as aircraft carriers and warships."
