The headquarters of Hizbullah Political Council today saw a meeting between its President Sayyed Ibrahim Amin al-Sayyed, Member Hajj Hassan Hodroj and his deputy Sheikh Atallah Hammoud with a delegation of the Higher Commission for following-up the Nahr al-Bared file, which includes PLO factions and the Palestinian forces Alliance.

Discussions touched on the recent "Israeli" violations against al-Aqsa Mosque and its gravity in context with the scheme of Judaising al-Quds (Jerusalem) and taking control of the Islamic and Christian holy sites there.

The conferees also discussed major field obstacles preventing reconstruction start-up in Nahr al-Bared camp.

In his turn, the Council President stressed that since the beginning of the war on Nahr al-Bared and after it now, Hizbullah's position remains the same regarding the residents return and starting reconstruction, pointing out that our responsibility before the war is the same today, for the same consistent humanitarian and principled considerations.

For his part, the official spokesman of the Commission Marwan Abdel Aal affirmed Hizbullah's keenness to work, assist and invest efforts towards everything that guarantees the Palestinian peoples' rights and the reconstruction of Nahr al-Bared.
