Moussawi praised Turkish PM Erdogan´s statement over Palestinian cause & "Israeli" nuke
Hizbollah Site Staff, 02-10-2009
Hizbullah International Relations official Sayyed Ammar Moussawi praised the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's statement from the rostrum of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York.
Moussawi after a visit to the Turkish Ambassador in Lebanon Mr. Serdar Kilic during which he conveyed a verbal message from Hizbullah leadership, he said the stands taken by His Excellency the president Erdogan were as usual characterized by courage and commitment to international issues, in particular regarding the Palestinian issue. He added these stands remind us of the similar decisive stand President Erdogan took in response to the Zionist entity's President Shimon Peres during the recent Davos conference.
Moussawi believed that Turkey, as a major Islamic State with its policy and stands along with its regional position and international influence forms a real backing for Arab causes, particularly the Palestinian issue.
Moussawi saw President Erdogan's call to the international community to focus on the "Israeli" nuclear arsenal instead of raising allegations about Iran's peaceful nuclear dossier, is an incarnation of strength in logic and a direction to opinions, not caring for the misleading inflammatory campaigns led by an arrogant and oppressive international power, under the slogan of protecting international peace and security.
