Sheikh Hassan Abdallah declares the closing statement of the Islamic Scholars solidarity meeting

Sheikh Hassan Abdallah delivered the closing statement of the meeting that was held by the Association of Islamic Scholars in Lebanon.

He stated that the "Israeli" violations are not new in the occupied Palestine, rather these are escalating, highlighting that the latest targeting of Al Aqsa mosque is a form of escalation in order to demolish the mosque and build the claimed temple.

Sheikh Abdallah condemned the Arab silence stating it is a form of conspiracy and indirect support of the Zionist state which continues to rape the land and kill its people.

On behalf of the association and its scholars, Sheikh Hassan called upon all the different liberation and resistance movements worldwide and said they all are to be concerned about this struggle and plight as it is the struggle of righteousness against wrong doing.

"We encourage the martyrdom operations that have been doing a good deal of threatening the Zionist entity and that will free Palestine" Sheikh Hassan added.

Finally, and after saluting all the Mujahidin, detainees, and Palestinian honorable people especially those in the 1948 lands, Sheikh Hassan said it is time for a new Intifada (uprising) and said it was time that all people of dignity whether in Palestine or elsewhere should bring "Israel" to an end.

It is worth mentioning that the association has declared the formation of a committee that will follow up any new events that will take place in order to take the right stances and decisions concerning the Palestinian plight particularly in defense of Al Aqsa Holy Mosque.
