The UN and its Secretary General has watched as "Israel" heaped misery upon misery on Lebanon since its second war, by that breaching international law with impunity.

Demeaning "Israeli" violations of UN resolutions as well as International laws, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon turns a blind eye to the perils of the "Israeli" espionage networks- of which many have been uncovered extensively since the end of the 2006 July war and up-to-date.

Not only that but also Ki-moon did not encounter the incidents uncovering espionage devices in the Southern villages of Lebanon as serious, not to mention that Ki-moon's reports are strangely taciturn and reserved about the full extent of "Israel's violations of Lebanese sovereignty, which are obviously recorded by the UN Interim Forces In Lebanon and more yet to come.

At the time these clear violations are not produced in the Secretary General's reports, he claims in his eleventh report on the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701, submitted Tuesday, deep concern "regarding the latest incidents that occurred in South Lebanon." and that the Resistance in Lebanon should come to an end, regardless of the fact that the Islamic Resistance's presence is the only deterrent in Lebanon for "Israeli" violations.

Furthermore, in a precedent in the history of the UN, Ki-moon accused the Lebanese civilians in Southern Lebanon of hampering the movement and work of the UNIFIL, and adopted "Israeli" claims that said the resistance is smuggling weaponry- despite asserting there is no evidence on such allegations that prove them as true facts so far.

On this note, Hizbullah international relations official Sayyed Ammar Moussawi said the UN forum's transformation to reflect "Israeli" enemy positions is deplorable and that it's unfortunate to see the UN's voice reflect "Israeli" stances, noting that "Israeli" acts of aggression against Lebanon constitute violations of resolution 1701 should commit the UN to respond strongly and decisively.

Moussawi called for pursuing the battle against "Israel's" espionage networks on Lebanon, after Tel Aviv announced that it will continue to gather intelligence and urged the UN to take clear and non-biased stances.

In his turn, the Lebanese minister of Foreign affairs, Fawzi Salloukh, said Hizbullah is a liberal movement concerned about the sovereignty of Lebanon and is an integral part of the Lebanese society. Salloukh added "the observed stances and statements do not set us at ease; "Israel" should be pressured to stop its violations."

In addition, Lebanese minister of Industry Ghazi Z'aitir criticized Ki-moon's demand to disarm Hizbullah and said it is a critical and unaccepted interference in Lebanese internal affairs, highlighting that UN Secretary General- the highest ranking personnel of the UN- has adopted the "Israeli" stance and is biased towards the resistance at the time "Israel" violates all existing laws and resolutions.

As for former Minister and head of the Union party Abdel Rahim Mourad, he harshly criticized Ban Ki-moon's report and said it is a US-"Israeli" one.
