Sheikh Izzeddine: Arab political parties & regimes draw their legitimacy from the Palestinian cause

Tomorrow Wednesday, the 5th Arab Parties Conference session is to begin in Damascus titled "Independent Arab choice" with 139 Arab parties participating.

The conference which will go for three days will discuss a range of issues, including the resistance, boycott of "Israel", anti-normalization, democracy, and reform.

For his part, the Conference Vice-President, Hizbullah Arab relations official Sheikh Hassan Izzeddine said "Arab political parties and regime derive their legitimacy from the Palestinian cause, adding: From here came the conference title ‘Toward Independent Arab Choice' as a direction and a basis for all to work on to enable ourselves and our nation to carry out its responsibilities and prompt the broader Arab system toward an independent choice rather than tag along the American project.
