Lebanon's Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri said from Baabda palace on Wednesday that the resistance is the only political card against naturalization of Palestinians.

Speaking to reporters following talks with President Michel Sleiman, Berri announced following that a project on administrative decentralization would be launched in parliament and the committee on the abolishment of sectarianism would resume its functions.

The speaker stressed that Baabda is where all Lebanese meet.

On the cabinet policy statement, Berri refused to discuss details but said: "There are no fundamental differences" over its articles.

During the Wednesday meeting with lawmaker, Berri said he was waiting the achievement of the cabinet's policy statement to set a day for the confidence vote session. He said that nothing prevents holding such session before the Adha holiday.
