Manual tools and hands to protect land from confiscation!

Since the 1948 Nakba and the establishment of "Israel", the unjust journey of "Israeli" rape of Palestinian land has been ongoing. Yet Palestinians, and throughout 6 decades following the Nakba, have refused to surrender or give up.
"Israelis" have been even doing different attempts to hamper or impede the Palestinians from protecting and keeping their lands, whether directly or implicitly as in the case of Um Salamuna.
Um Salamuna is a Palestinian village located to the south of Bethlehem; it's surrounded by two "Israeli" settlements, whose continuous harassment reached to steal more than 200 dunums of the village land to create an ILLEGAL cemetery on their lands.
Land owner won an "Israeli" court order to sustain their lands but under one condition, which is rehabilitation of the 226 dunums of land within a time period that does not exceed the 30th of December 2009.
According to the activists, what makes the work even harder is that they are prevented from using bulldozers or heavy machines. They are using manual tools to finish their work.
Palestinian as well as foreign activists from different countries have joined their hands together aiming at the rehabilitation and cultivation of this land, putting their utmost efforts in order to finish their work before the end of the month.
Not only that, but also a group of young activists as well filmed a feature about the land and those participating in its "salvage" from "Israeli rape".
Saleh Dawabsheh and Saed Karzoun filmed, edited and presented the feature with the help of others in an attempt to invite the larger number of volunteers to participate and help in preventing the confiscation of the land.
A link of the feature is available here.
