Residents of Border Village of Aita Al-Shaab Warn Lebanese Authorities: We May Take Steps to Protect Ourselves

The residents of the southern Lebanese Village of Aita Al-Shaab addressed a message to the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of Parliament and the Lebanese Army Command, declaring: In light of continued neglect, we clearly state that we are considering taking future steps to protect ourselves and our land in a manner that safeguards our dignity, security and right to life.
