On the eastern Orthodox Christians' celebration of "Saturday of Light" on Saturday night, only non-Palestinian Christians will be allowed in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in East Al Quds (Jerusalem).

"Saturday of Light" is on the day before Easter, where Christians line up in the streets of the Old City and hold bunches of candles, anticipating the miracle fire.

"Israeli" Security officials informed the church that only non-Palestinian Christians are allowed in it, or in the old city.

The "Israelis" are prohibiting Christian Palestinians from their worshiping in the Easter season. One of the activities prevented by "Israelis" was the Triumphal Entry procession, tracing the path that is believed was taken by Jesus on his return to the holy city.

Until now, it is not clear whether the restrictions are put to action for Good Friday and Easter Sunday, for clearly "Israel" works on oppressing Palestinians, and imposing harsh limitation, as they did to Muslim Palestinians during last year's month of Ramadan.
