Iran΄s Interior Minister Replies to Obamas Threats
Local Editor 20-04-2010
After US President Barak Obama, threatened of using a nuclear attack on Iran, Iranian Interior Minister, Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar responded saying, "Obama took a childish stance. The Americans themselves realized just how tactless it was, but they cannot undo the comments that Obama has made".
Barak Obama has recently released a new US Nuclear Posture Review (NPR), where he restricted the use of nuclear arms against most non-atomic states, yet he seemed to find loopholes applying on Iran and North Korea, who were therefore excluded from the NPR.
Mohammad-Najjar said, "The enemy cannot stand to see all these achievements. Iran has turned into a model for independence and progress in the region". He concluded that while Iraq and Afghanistan are under the flames of the US war, Iran is standing firm against any attack or enemy.
