Zionist Entity Withdraws its Military Trainers From Turkey

The Zionist enemy withdrew its military trainers, who were supposed to train Turkish military commanders on using Heron Aircrafts, which Turkey bought ten of, from the "Israeli" enemy.

Zaman Turkish newspaper mentioned, "Experts in Heron Aircrafts stopped the training of Turkish commanders and militias, and headed back to the occupied territories.

In this context, governmental sources revealed that this freeze in training came as a response to the Turkish decision of freezing all Turkish-"Israeli" joint military maneuvers.

The Turkish decision was adopted because of the brutal "Israeli" attack on the Freedom Flotilla ship convoy to Gaza. The "Israeli" attack caused the death of 9 Turkish activists, and the injury of 60 others.

A Turkish delegation, which was planned to head towards the occupied territories in order to test the Heron Aircrafts, canceled the scheduled plan. Zaman newspaper revealed that canceling the convoy was commanded by Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayyib Erdogan.

Turkey and "Israel" sealed a $183 million deal in the year 2004, stating that "Israel" is to make 10 Heron aircrafts, which are to be delivered to Turkey by 2008. Due to technical reasons, the delivery was postponed, and today Turkey possesses 6 Heron planes.
