Palestinians Create their Own Life Style amid "Israeli" Occupation and Oppression

As "Israel" strengthens its grasp over Palestinians, the natives find creative ways to better use of the symbols of occupation.

A report published by thenational.ae revealed that a Bahamas seafood restaurant in Bethlehem has been projecting football matches on a separation wall the Zionist enemy built.

The wall separates a couple of Palestinian houses from a few watchtowers and a Jewish settlement perched on a hilltop in the distance.

"Israel" said it built the separation barrier for security purposes.

However one of the restaurant customers believes that "Israeli" actions aim at building a Greater "Israel" and leave the Palestinians in a big prison."

The Bahamas restaurant owner assured he does not mind using the wall for commercial purposes as "Israel" had no right to build it in the first place.

He did not mind making money of this wall as "they have the power to do what they want, and we are powerless to stop it, everybody here lost money or land, because of this wall."

The wall is painted with graffiti, including large drawings and remarks that express people's losses from the wall.

The Bahamas owner has been using the wall to hang his restaurant menu, along with a big white canvas projecting the football games.

In the past 10 days, he estimated that about 100 people have gathered to watch the World Cup.
Other customers strongly supported the idea considering that "it just shows that whatever they ("Israelis") do, we will continue to live, and to have fun."
