With a strong approval, Presbyterian Church leaders, agreed upon a proposal requesting to end the US aid sent to "Israel", unless "Israel" stops its settlement expansion.

The Presbyterian Church issues a 172-page report, in which it stated its approach to Middle Eastern issues. This report received some praise, yet also criticism from pro-"Israeli" organizations.

The report was approved by 82% of the Presbyterian Church, during its general assembly in Minneapolis, mostly among 2 million members of the "Israeli"-Palestinian conflict.

Reverend Karen Dimon, pastor at Nrothminster Presbyterian Church in North Syracuse, New York, and Chairwoman of the Committee that produced the report said, "We feel we've brought together people who previously had trouble talking about some of these issues together".

In another Presbyterian Church stance, Dottie Villesvik, a church elder from Everett, Wash said, "I fully support a state of "Israel", but I also believe "Israel's" peace will not come until they seek peace with Palestinians".
