Ahmadinejad Appoints Ali Akbar Salehi as Acting Foreign Minister

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad issued on Monday an order in which he appointed Ali Akbar Salehi as Iran's acting Foreign Minister.
Salehi is currently head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).
In a separate letter, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad praised former Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki for the services he presented during his period.
