Ayatollah Jannati : STL To Help US, ’’Israel’’ Avenge Failure against Hizbullah
Addressing a fervent congregation of worshippers on Tehran University Campus on Friday, Ayatollah Jannati clarified "They want to avenge the defeat in the 33-day war with this propaganda against Hizbullah."
Ayatollah Jannati further stressed invincibility of Hizbullah, noting that "Hizbullah is powerful and the Americans should know that this party is invincible."
Tehran's Friday prayers preacher Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati blasted the Special Tribunal of Lebanon for murder of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, and said the tribunal was set up to help Washington and Tel Aviv avenge the "Israeli" army's failure against Hizbullah.
"The Americans and "Israelis" interfere in this tribunal. The court's investigation committee reveals intelligence to the enemy and this tribunal is ceremonial and funded by the US," Ayatollah Jannati said.
"The Secretary General of Hizbullah, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has revealed the moot situation of this tribunal" he said adding that "the Americans and the Zionists were interfering in the work of this tribunal."
