Sheikh Qaouk: US, AL Deceive the World in Claiming Concern over Syrian People

Deputy Head of Hizbullah Executive Council His Eminence Sheikh Nabil Qaouk considered that the US and its Arab allies want the Syrian crisis to become "the bridge that leads to changing the regional map".
His Eminence stated, "They are deceiving the world through claiming concern over the blood of the Syrian people, which they're in fact trading with it".
"The punishing sanctions adopted by the Arab League (AL) is only an attempt to promote the fire inflamed inside Syria," Sheikh Qaouk stated, adding that the US and its allies have set their bets on the Syrian crisis after they failed to make Lebanon the field and platform to target Syria.
Moreover, Sheikh Qaouk stressed, "The July 2006 camp was betting on the US tools inside Lebanon, which now are exposed with their goals and international commitments, not seeking any good for Lebanon".
"However, these tools adopt a catastrophic policy for our country; they open Lebanon's doors before foreign pressures and then lead it into the flames of fire commenced in Syria", His Eminence affirmed.
Also, he called upon security apparatuses to follow up and investigate reports about some Lebanese parties supplying the Syrian terrorist groups with some of their own people, while Hizbullah is working on protecting Lebanon from the repercussions of the Syrian crisis.
Furthermore, Deputy Head of Hizbullah Executive Council believed that since 1948 until today, "Israel" has never been in this level of strategic weakness, incapability, and fear of confronting Hizbullah, adding that "all those maneuvers "Israel" is conducting will not help it out of the failure it led itself into".
"Since 2006, the resistance has been the title of Lebanon's power, therefore proving its strategic importance to protect Lebanon's sovereignty and accomplishments", Sheikh Qaouk said, further confirming that the resistance is the true armor in confronting all possibilities of an "Israeli" aggression.
"We only have little time to witness a humiliating US withdrawal for Iraq, and that would cause a change in the equations that rule the region, and would enhance and strengthen the strategy of resistance. At that point, the US and its allies will only reap disappointment, repentance, and defeat", His Eminence reiterated.
