Head of "Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc" MP Mohammad Raad stressed that "those claiming to be protectors of democracy are pressuring on Syria because it forms a link between the parties in resistance line opposing
West's policies starting from Iran and Iraq, to reach Lebanon and Palestine."
Raad: Betting on Foreign Military Intervention against Syria A Lie, ’’Israeli’s’’ Neck in Our Hands
"They aim neither to object the injustice happening in Syria, nor to replace the president with another person, but to target Syria's position and role in the struggle against the American- "Israeli" project in the region," he confirmed.

In his speech commemorating the Death of the Great Prophet Mohammed, Raad added that "those who are betting to return to authority through foreign military intervention in Syria are being subjected to lies from foreign countries."

Replying on questions on the resistance role, the MP asserted that "Raad, the resistance doesn't give up its priorities of being in full readiness to confront both the "Israelis" and the great conspiratorial project that the region is facing."

Stressing that "the resistance views that what is happening in Syria does not aim at targeting the regime," Raad added that "the ultimate goal of targeting Syria is surrounding and weakening the resistance."

"Their goal won't be achieved because the train has passed over and the "Israeli's" neck is in our hands," he vowed.

"We do not wish war, but we are fully prepared for it and we know through our experience with "Israel", that if it had the lowest probability of achieving any acquired gains through aggression, it won't wait for anyone in this world in order to assault on Lebanon."
