Qmati: Mossad is most likely behind Aridi΄s assassination

Mahmoud Qmati, a member of Hizbullah's political council, said on Thursday that Sheikh Saleh Aridi, the Lebanese Democratic Party official who was killed on Wednesday night, was a "Resistance martyr" because he had taken positions that helped preserve Hizbullah.
In an interview with the NEW TV, Qmati said that the killing was an attempt to create sedition in the wake of an improved security situation in the country. Qmati said that those responsible for the Aridi's death were most probably "Israeli" Mossad agents, not Lebanese.
Qmati called on government authorities to begin an investigation and bring Aridi's killers to justice.
