Ammar: Future Movement made unsubstantiated accusations towards Syria
Source: Nowlebanon.com, 13-9-2008
Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Ali Ammar told Al-Manar television on Saturday that he requested the Lebanese people to continue the dialogue process and consider the Taif Accord.
Ammar said that the bloc agreed with Democratic Gathering leader MP Walid Jumblatt that the security situation in Lebanon could easily be breached.
He added that the Future Movement did not realize that it had accused Syria of involvement in the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri without any evidence.
Ammar called on different Lebanese parties to maintain transparency in their work, because "nobody had any interest in hatred."
He added that Hizbullah had never advised any party to replace its advisors.
Ammar concluded that some people aimed to exaggerate the situation surrounding the May events.
