Source: English.hizbollah.tv, 24-12-2008
Member of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc, MP Hassan Fadlallah, stressed "that those who tried to slip away from the reached internal consensus and understanding, committed a mistake, which will boomerang back on them, as they know well that such conduct did not benefit them before Doha Agreement and the current Government of national unity."
The MP said "what happened in Parliament House regarding the Constitutional Council will not be repeated in the government. We have not had a political battle for the guarantor-third, to condone monopolization and exclusivity now."
He added that "we will exercise our right in the government fully, after they overthrew the understanding by resorting to a majority vote."
MP Fadlallah stressed "the need to remain vigilant to enemy practices on our southern borders." He said "what happened in Blida town is a serious incident that threatens the stability and security, whose keeping is the concern of the Security Council, which ignored the incident, because we have not heard of any steps being taken whether practical or in the media to confront this violation of Lebanese sovereignty."
Fadlallah said that "there are those who imagine that the resistance and its weapons can be a burden on Hizbullah or Lebanon." He stressed that "Such weapon is a burden on 'Israel' who fears it, and forms an obstacle and barrier in the course to its ambitions. It is also a burden to all those unconcerned with protecting Lebanon and its people, who showed no interest in what is happening in the south."
