Hizbullah political bureau member Ghaleb Abu Zeinab told ANB television on Friday that Hizbullah did not issue threats by using rockets to express its view. Instead, he said Hizbullah "expressed its view by demonstrating last week, and through its media and political support. Whoever sends his message in this way has no other ways."

"We think that the true arena of confrontation is inside Palestine and we have no relation with the rockets at all," Zeinab added.

Zeinab said that Youth and Sports Minister Talal Areslan was working to remove obstacles that were currently blocking his efforts to arrange a meeting between PSP and Hezbollah representatives. "We do not believe in superficial meetings," Zeinab continued, as he believed that, "The meeting should rather have a political content to give results in the future."

The meeting between Marada Movement leader Suleiman Franjieh and Maronite Patriarch Nasrallah Sfeir was "positive and reset things on the right track," he continued. Abu Zeinab added that Franjieh's demands were not impossible, as he wanted the Patriarch to "remain at the same distance from everybody."
