Head of Loyalty to the Resistance Parliamentary Bloc MP Mohammad Raad assured that the "Israeli" maneuver "turning point 4" announcement, which comes simultaneous with the Southern municipal elections, is not a coincidence, same as it announced "Turning point 3" maneuver also simultaneous with the 2009 Lebanese parliamentary elections.

MP Raad pointed out that the enemy is preparing its entire firm and is constantly announcing its preparations to confront Lebanon strategically. "It reminds us of that at every point, yet we are ready for the challenge", PM Raad said.

Raads stated this during the announcement of the "Development and loyalty" list nominated for the municipal council in Nabatiyye, in the presence of significant party figures and Nabatiyye residents.

The list consists of 21 members agreed upon by Hizbullah and Amal leadership.
South Lebanon's Amal Movement official, Bassem Al Lamea also delivered a speech where he assured that the municipal counsel established by Hizbullah and Amal Leadership unites all the significant figures from all levels in the region, and this is the best way to express internal unity and agreement.

He added, "With that we should open a new page of development and services, and finalize our bet on this council in order to reflect the best image of our town and people".

On his behalf, MP Mohammad Raad considered that the agreement between Hizbullah and Amal movement portrays the highest level of Democracy.
He considered that if competitions took place for the purpose of reaching positions to help people, then this is accepted.

"The more we have ambitious agreements, the more we build hope among our people. From here, we realize that this agreement came neither out of blank nor by enforcement. However, it came as a response to the public's desire, which aim at accomplishing stability, prosperity, and development in their town", MP Raad said.

He went on saying, "Hizbullah and Amal leadership were able to plot a municipal due date with a strategic vision for the benefit of Lebanon, its people, government, army, and resistance in confrontation of the conflict "Israel" is leading on Lebanon and the entire region".

Raad stressed on the importance of putting all potentials in favor of achieving this vision.
In an interview with Assafir newspaper, MP Raad referred that this agreement holds a common vision that trespasses details for the sake of stability, and overlooks details for the sake of stabilizing confrontation bases.

He indicated that this vision formed the spirit of understanding in Southern municipalities, taking into consideration that applying it practically differs, due to the variable features of each region and municipality.
