Hajj Hassan: Defense Strategy Goal is Dialogue, Not Serving US, “Israel”
Agriculture Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan confirmed on Monday that the government will be active in all fields in order to ratify an electoral law for the year 2013, proceed with the administrative designations, introduce reforms, and execute economic and social projects despite all difficulties.
During the inauguration of the center of west Baalbek mayors in presence of the representative of Interior and Municipalities Minister and other ranking dignitaries, Haj Hassan criticized the former government's policy, accusing it of hampering productivity and flaring up crises.
Accordingly, the Minister affirmed that the cabinet will work for achieving the people's aspirations despite the opposition's attempts to disfigure the dialogue's goals, putting it at the service of the United States and "Israel".
Haj Hassan ended reiterating that all the components of the government will cooperate with the Lebanese people, including their different sects, religion, and political affiliation. He assured that the Lebanese people will continue what they started, will not get fedup or give up in face of challenges.
