Sheikh Qaouk: Slanders on Resistance Can’t Shake Reinforced Equations
Deputy Head of Hizbullah Executive Council Sheikh Nabil Qaouk confirmed that the critical factor that causes equations, changes, and monitors the future of Syria is not the international resolutions, but it is the inside of Syria.
He indicated that the "Benghazi" experiment has failed, and cloning the Libyan experiment in Syria has reached a dead end.
Sheikh Qaouk further believed that "Syria is targeted today so that its position, role, and goal would be changed, leading to the change of those of the region".
This came after they were "despaired of relegating equations in Lebanon, and believed in the promises of Sarkozy and Obama that the days left for the Syrian regime are few", Sheikh Qaouk noted.
"They rushed in issuing sanctions to punish Syria in a race with time, because the days of the US occupation in Iraq are numbered; the world will recognize the defeat of the US, and all its crimes in Iraq will be exposed. The region would be before new equations, and this is what US-backed Arabs fear", His Eminence reiterated.
He added, "This is an attempt to pave the way to internationalize the Syrian file. We wish those sanctions were adopted to punish "Israel"; for they have shut the door before Syria and kept it open before "Israel"".
Moreover, he said that currently, "Israeli" officials are visiting Arab countries prohibited to visit by the Syrian officials.
"Rhetoric about democracy and freedom for the Syrian people is fraud and false", Deputy Head of Hizbullah Executive Council stressed.
His Eminence warned that with any possible war launched by the enemy, the resistance will prepare for the "Israeli" enemy the "greatest catastrophe".
Sheikh Qaouk believed that the rhetoric stated by those who slander the resistance, is the weapon of the helpless, and all insults and incitements can't shake the equations devoted and reinforced by the resistance.
"They had no choice but to insult and incite as an expression of disappointment, because the path of resistance is growing militarily, politically, and popularly", His Eminence stated.
