Mansour: Eco. Sanctions on Syria Only Complicate Crisis

Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour believed that the economic sanctions imposed by the Arab League (AL) on Syria will only make the crisis "more complicated" rather than resolve it.
Minister Mansour stated that for the first time, these sanctions were issued against an Arab country, and in this case, one of the AL's founding states.
In an interview with Al Intiqad Online Newspaper, Minister Mansour noted, "We in Lebanon will not approve on these sanctions, that is why we abstained".
