MP Fadlallah: Lebanon Won’t be Platform to Target Syria, Resistance Able to Face All Challenges

Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah praised the latest position by the Lebanese Foreign Ministry, in which the latter refused the sanctions imposed on Syria.
He indicated that Lebanon is not attached to these sanctions, and it will not be a platform from which Syria is targeted or besieged, nor will it allow arms smuggling or incitement for conflict in Syria, because its stability, security, and immunity reflect Lebanon's.
Furthermore, MP Fadlallah said that the crisis witnessed in Syria cannot be resolved through internationalization or imposing sanctions, nor through inciting campaigns.
"The Syrian crisis would only be resolved through dialogue, cooperation, and convergence between the components of the Syrian people", Loyalty to the Resistance MP iterated.
"Conspirators in Syria seek its collapse as it represents an essential pillar in the axis of resistance and opposition. However, with the Syrian government's steadfastness in the inside, they [West, Arabs] resorted to sanctions and resolutions in an attempt to punish the Syrian people for supporting their leadership and its political choices", MP Fadlallah stressed.
Moreover, he said that "we want Lebanon to remain calm and stable", adding that "not one party should believe that it can run Lebanon, and return to power to take over the government's decision through betting on changes regarding the regime in Syria".
Also, MP Fadlallah reiterated that the resistance, which was able to overcome the toughest circumstances, is today more capable of overcoming challenges schemed against Lebanon.
He noted that the resistance is dealing with all developments with wisdom and firmness at the same time, affirming that "everything that affects the resistance cannot be neglected".
