Head of "Change and Reform" Bloc MP Michel Aoun announced Monday that his ministers participation in Wednesday session is to be declared Wednesday.

After the weekly meeting of his bloc, Aoun said: "we are still determining our position and as yet have not decided whether we will participate in Wednesday's governmental session."

Noting that "the decision will be announced Wednesday after lunch time," Aoun stressed that "the resignation of government does not mean that the ministers will halt their duties, but they will continue their roles until a new government is formed."

Slamming the governmental performance, Aoun described it as "complicated."
"The government appears to be a standstill. Projects are not progressing and there are many complications: some artificial, others as a result of a lack of knowledge," he added.

"If the situation is so out of control, then we will step down and we can do so whenever we want," the MP stressed noting that "the manner in which some sides are dealing with us is not correct for there are some violations that are being protected."

"We are against this principle and do not accept that we be accused of being against a religion or sect for we are against the violation and not against the sect," said Aoun.

Denying that Marada Movement leader MP Suleiman Franjieh was mediating between the bloc and Prime Minister Najib Mikati in order to end the dispute; Aoun thanked the Secretary General of Hizbullah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah for his support for the Change and Reform bloc's demands.
