Wahhab: Indictment Ridiculous, Siniora Must Be in Jail
Arab Tawhid Party leader Wiam Wahhab described on Thursday the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL)'s indictment as "ridiculous."
"This indictment is absurd. It is not based on any evidence.... and any young judge in Lebanon would be ashamed of it," Wahhab told OTV.
Slamming those contributing to the tribunal for "spending over $70 million to end up with an absurd indictment", Wahhab blasted former PM Saad Hariri "who did not even read the indictment."
Responding to former PM Foad Siniora statements on STL, Wahhab stressed that no one gives weight to his words and that Siniora must be in prison."
"Hizbullah is not a party that gives up its resistance men, and Mustafa Badr al-Din headed hundreds of operations against "Israel"," he concluded.
