Qassem to Hariri: Be Courageous, Say the Truth

The Deputy Secretary General of Hizbullah His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that "STL was established to target the center of the resistance and opposition in the region."

"The STL has nothing to do with revealing the truth since it aims at the current stage to hit the resistance in Lebanon, and sow discord among the Lebanese," His Eminence added.

During an Iftar banquet, Qassem pointed out that "the indictment relied on circumstantial evidence rather than direct sensory evidences and most of its content carried conclusions and assumptions."

Moreover, Sheikh Qassem called former PM Saad Hariri to break ties with the misleading and unfair tribunal so that we can "look together for the truth of who assassinated PM Rafik Hariri."

"Be Courage and say the word of truth in the interest of national and Islamic unity .You have an opportunity rather than not only to serve the American - Zionist project," Qassem said asserting that "the honorable resistance fighters were not charged and we will not succumb to "Israel's" and US blackmail even if all the world went in this track."
