Raad: Moment of Truth Near, to Read Positions’ Dimensions

The head of "Loyalty to the Resistance" bloc MP Mohammad Raad stated that "we are approaching the moment of truth that only the correct is to be proved."

"Frank and courageous positions which express commitment to the resistance and its role in Lebanon started appearing by ensuring genuine participation, and not moving into wrong bets and to seek information from embassies that have their own goals, objectives and ambitions in our country," Raad viewed.

In a statement issued after visiting former President Emile Lahod, Raad called "not to overthrow the resistance will and opposition in the region."

In response to a question about the "National Struggle front Leader's" MP Walid Jumblatt recent positions, Raad asked "not to get carried away by equations that will not feed hungry mouths, and that we do not need."

"The problem is that as soon as the Lebanese hear a position they hastily comment, and things escalate without reading the dimensions of this position's purposes," he added clarifying that "this is what happened with Patriarch Bishara Rai's last statements."

Commenting on Special Tribunal for Lebanon's Prosecutor refusal, Daniel Bellemare, to deliver false witnesses documents to Major General Jamil Sayyed, Raad said "this won't increase our conviction that this court is politicized, and is staffed by employees of international intelligences."
