Qassem: ’’March 14’’ Serve US-’’Israeli’’ Project, To Move with Gov’t in Defending Maritime Borders

Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem denied the baseless allegations made by certain western countries about interference in Syrian internal affairs.
"Any claim about Hizbullah's meddling in Syria's incidents or any other states is a false and wrong," he emphasized.
In an interview with Fars News Agency, His Eminence stated that e0nemies of the resistance raise such claims to hide their inability and failure in exercising their plots in the region."
Reiterating that Hizbullah has repeatedly said that it has no link with such issues, neither with the events in Syria nor with what is happening in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Yemen or any other country in the region," Sheikh Qassem asserted that "breaking into the Zionist embassy in Egypt was a spontaneous expression of popular beliefs moving in harmony with the Egyptian People's hostility to the Zionist entity, and reflecting the trend of the Egyptian street."
On the maritime borders, Qassem pointed that "Hizbullah is waiting and watching what the developments on the ground."
"The Zionists know that they can't touch Lebanon after the army, the people, and the resistance equation counting till thousand for any folly in trying to occupy any new part of land, water, and Lebanese economy," the Deputy secretary General stressed.
"We clearly declared our position that we will be hand in hand with the Lebanese government to defend our oil rights," he continued.
On the internal scene, Qassem commented that "the Western-backed "March 14" parties are serving the US-"Israeli" project in the Middle East."
"I do not wish to often describe the actions of "March 14" as a conspiracy, but sometimes they act in a way that serves the US-"Israeli" project," Qassem told the Iranian News Agency Tuesday.
Viewing that "March 14's" behavior is a result of their frustration generated by their political performance,"His Eminence voiced hopes that "all Lebanese parties would be aware of the interests of Lebanon so we can rise together."
