Lebanese Minister of Agriculture Hussein Hajj Hassan said that "the current Lebanese government is ruling in a difficult period full of challenges."

Stating that "the government is confronting sedition, incitement and political issues in a very dangerous period," the minister stressed that "the Zionist arrogance and the official Arab abandonment of Palestine are escalating at this period."

During a speech at a joint meeting of the municipalities and agricultural cooperatives in Bekaa region, Hajj Hassan pointed out that "we witness spending of the Arab money to sow discord, and the supplying of arms to the fighting between brothers while this money is obscured for Palestine."

"The masks are dropped as some are trying to convert lies into facts, and some of the Arabs are turning the conflict with "Israel" to a conflict between brothers in the same house," the minister added.

Hajj Hassan called the Lebanese "to move into more unity, convergence, and dialogue, so that some are not to drown in the inciting and sedition speeches and not to be engaged in the American project in the region."
