Head of Hizbullah Juristic Council His Eminence Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek stated that meetings of Hizbullah's delegation with Russian officials were blessed, and serve the concerns of Lebanon, Palestine, and the region.

He indicated that the Hizbullah delegation discussed with Russian officials the implementation of UN resolutions.

In this context, Sheikh Yazbek affirmed, "It's obvious that "Israel" does not abide by any resolution convicting it. The resistance considers that what is taken away by force and occupation, cannot be retrieved but through resistance".

"This was proven through the 2000 liberation, the 2006 July war, and the equation that Hizbullah imposed with its resistance against the "Israeli" enemy", His Eminence reiterated.

In an interview with al-Jadeed TV Sheikh Yazbek confirmed, "Russia, like China, was able to distinguish itself from the societies ruled by the US".

His Eminence noted that "the Russians understood that it's normal for Lebanon to embrace a resistance that would liberate it at the time the international community is incapable of doing so".

Head of Hizbullah Juristic Council said that the visit aimed at clarifying Hizbullah's point of view, which is compatible to the Russian view, regarding US hegemonic policy targeting the region and resistance movements.

Furthermore, on behalf of Hizbullah, Sheikh Yazbek appreciated the Russian stance that boosts the position of the world's free people.

Regarding Hizbullah's resistance, Sheikh Yazbek went on to say, "The resistance has enough capacities and equipment to defeat the "Israeli" enemy".

"We work to serve our people and Islamic Unity", Yazbek further stressed.

On the Syrian level, Sheikh Yazbek stressed Hizbullah does not believe the downfall of the Syrian regime is soon, affirming the trust that "the Syrian regime and people will unite together, and those betting on the regime's collapse will lose".

"We hope Syria would get out of the crisis", he said, adding that Syria is guilty because it supports the resistance, and Hizbullah's fear over it is due to the foreign interferences.

"Hizbullah believes that what is happening in the whole region is merely to protect the "Israeli" enemy. However, the war with the enemy continues, and we have the right to explain to other sides that any adventure will witness response", he said.

Commenting on the repercussions of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's death, Sheikh Yazbek said, "We hope that the Libyan nation will continue its victorious role without falling into the arms of the countries in dispute over resources in Libya".

Moreover, Sheikh Yazbek stressed, "Iran never exploited the Palestinian cause to serve its own interests".

He recalled when Imam Khomeini returned to the Islamic Republic of Iran and said, "Today Tehran and tomorrow Palestine", adding that Imam Khomeini embraced the Palestinian resistance".

Concerning false accusations that Hizbullah is smuggling weapons to Syria, Sheikh Yazbek indicated, "Lebanon is an arsenal, and those citing disarmament, refer only to Hizbullah's weapons that seek Lebanon's immunity".

Sheikh Yazbek stressed "the aforementioned accusation is a slander against Hizbullah".
