Head of Hizbullah Juristic Board Hie Eminence Sheikh Mohammad Yazbeck reassured that the resistance and reforms are interrelated in fighting corruption.

During the Adha Eid Sermon in the Lebanese city of Baalbeck, Sheikh Yazbeck underscored the foreign pressure and intervention in Lebanon and the region, and warned from the repercussions of any attack on the Iranian nuclear facilities.
"Our hope on this Eid is that we be real devotees, and practice what we preach and say, because resistance and reform are intertwined and complementary. Resistance aims at amelioration, reform, independence and sovereignty," Sheikh Yazbeck said.

He reiterated that Lebanon should be built on the basis of sovereignty and nationalism rather than succumbing to foreign parties.

On the situation in Syria, Sheikh Yazbeck called on drawing efforts together for the sake of dialogue and reforms, reassuring the importance of Syria's stability and independence away from any foreign intervention.
