Sheikh Qaouk: Lebanon, Resistance Not To Be Part of American Arabs
Deputy Head of Hizbullah's Executive Council His Eminence Sheikh Nabil Qaouk stressed that "Lebanon, the resistance, can't be part of the American Arabs who are engaged in the aggression against Syria."
During a ceremony in Beirut's southern suburb of Ouzai, His Eminence assured that "Lebanon will never be at the site of treachery and conspiracy to punish Syria politically, financially, or economically."
Accusing Arab leaders of working with US in an attempt to topple President Bashar al-Assad's government, Qaouk added that the "Arab League is being dominated by the US."
"The body was failing to play role of the fair mediator and Syria would overcome conspiracies against it," he pointed out.
Qaouk said the US and "Israel's" allies in Lebanon and the region were seeking to weaken Syria and Hizbullah.
"The American-Zionist project and its tools in Lebanon and the region are betting on weakening the resistance through the crisis in Syria and work to exhaust and weaken the regime in Syria," His Eminence added.
