CAIRO- Arab Ministers of Environment rejected Wednesday a UN Environment Program (UNEP)'s resolution to establish a regional center for building human cadres in the Middle East in "Israel".
Concluding the 19th session held at the Arab League Secretariat General Headquarters, the Ministers condemned in a statement an agreement signed between UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon and Israel to establish this center, describing the resolution as illegal.
The Ministers authorized Arab League Secretary General Amre Moussa to make contacts with Ki- moon to inform him with the Arab rejection about establishing this center in "Israel".
