Sheikh Yazbek: Hizbullah΄s strategy is outlined by Imam Khomeini which saved Lebanon from US oppression

Hizbullah Consultative (Shoura) Council Member Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek said that Hizbullah's strategy was outlined by Imam al-Khomeini. He added that he hoped for the liberation of Palestine through obeying the instructions of Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei.

After meeting with Ayatollah Mohammad Mohammadi Rosheiri, representative of Wali al-Faqih and supervisor of Iranian pilgrims, Sheikh Yazbek said, "We will not allow at all the miring of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon in internal issues, because the enemy is plotting for continuous conspiracy and we have a strategy drawn by Imam Khomeini."

Sheikh Yazbek said that when Hizbullah realized last summer that there were attempts to backstab the Resistance, it wisely and firmly mobilized. We will not be labelled sectarian, he said, "and it is through this strategy that we saved our country from American oppression," he said.

"After the election of a president and the formation of a national unity cabinet, Iran supported this path through welcoming Lebanese officials," he said.
Sheikh Yazbek also said that Free Patriotic Movement leader MP Michel Aoun's statements on Iran's progress were remarkable at the international level.

He said that President Michel Suleiman's visit to Iran was extremely positive. ""We are proud that we are soldiers of the commander of the Islamic revolution in defense of Islam, the original line of the mandate of Wilayat ahel al-Beit," in reference to the guardianship of the family of the Prophet Mohammad.
