11-12-2008
The head of Hizbullah Executive Council Sayyed Hashem Safieddine said that the victories the Resistance had achieved had "imposed themselves on the Lebanese reality," stressing that whoever thinks of getting rid of the Resistance and seeks to impose other choices is deluded "since the Resistance has overcome all challenges."
Speaking during a religious ceremony, Sayyed Safieddine said that the actual tensions among some parties were signaling their failure and fiasco. His eminence stressed that such tensions did not mean that facts in Lebanon and the region would change.
Sayyed Safieddine emphasized that the "equation that the Resistance founded in the region is the equation that will dominate Lebanon and the region." His eminence called on everyone to perceive this reality, warning that the tightening address adopted by some parties proved its ineffectiveness.
