Tawhid Movement welcomes the PSP΄s statement on Kfarhim incident

The Tawhid Movement, led by former Minister Wiam Wahhab, said on Friday that it sees as positive the Progressive Socialist Party's statement.
In the statement, the party announced that it will not protect anyone responsible for the Kfarhim incident when residents clashed with the bodyguards of Minister Wahhab earlier this week.
In a statement issued on Friday, the Movement added that the PSP's position will definitely enhance the security situation in Mount Lebanon and pave the way for a new phase, where the Lebanese Armed Forces and the Internal Security Forces will ensure political freedom.
The Movement also supported the efforts of the Army Command and Judicial Police Command to solve the repercussions of the incident and called on judicial authorities to bring those responsible for this act to justice. This was, the statement said, in order to teach a lesson to anyone who tried to create security breaches in Mount Lebanon, even if they were supporters of the Tawhid Movement.
