Fneish: Hizbullah rejects negotiations with "Israel"

After meeting with Prime Minister Fouad Saniora on Tuesday at the Grand Serail, Labor Minister Mohammad Fneish said Hizbullah rejected negotiations with "Israel" saying they were unacceptable and unlikely to be achieved, because the party was not ready to make any concessions or even compromises concerning its rights.

Fneish also emphasized the importance of forming a Constitutional Council that would help everyone regain confidence in the state.
